Fatal flaw: useless autorun software which cannot be deleted. Whatever "features" may be on it, I (and most other people) have no need of it. Western Digital, wake up: THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THIS! I have to fight with it every use, telling it not to install. One of these days, an assistant will forget and install it anyway, then I've got big problems.
